Die SingTel Die!

I'm very very disappointed at Singtel right now. So so disappointed.

I'm on my way to India for 3 days and I thought I would go for the unlimited data roam for 3 days which is just perfect.

So I applied for it through the android app at 10 pm just now... And without no warning whatsoever after the subscription was processed it told me that thee expiry date was the midnight of the 3rd day... Which means thursday night... So means I only effectively only get 2 days use, which is crap and so unfair.

So I called Singtel up to ask for some flexibility because I am clearly still in Singapore and won't use the stupid roaming until tomorrow. And it was a failure. They either wanted me to pay double to change the date which is nonsense and I just wanted to tell the guy to go fuk himself, or wanted me to extend one more day for 14 dollars, which I will probably do anyway but i didn't get him to do it on principle.

Stupid.

He asked at the end if there was anything else he can do for me.

And the only satisfaction I got from that call was when I answered, "clearly not" and hung up.
